A bit surprised

I have a keyphrase of 3 words that looks like it should do well for me and I am at #2 in google.co.uk.
My next step was to check the keyword tool in Overture UK and I am moderately pleased to find that 94 hits are supposed to be registered per month.
Going back over my Stats in Webaliser and I see that this term has never once over the past 3 months been used to find my site.
It seems unreasonable that this should be so but there must be an explanation.Obviously not much point in seeking to further boost the ranking (although in google.com I am pretty invisible) and the search term seems very good and appropriate for me .Any ideas anyone?

BTW is there a specific Overture forum on this site?I did try to find it.

That does seem strange to have zero hits over a three month period when you are #2 at Google. Does your copy contain the keyword phrase? I would make sure that your copy is geared toward what people are searching for with that phrase. If not, they could be skipping over your listing because they think it doesn't match what they want.

As far as where an Overture forum is... There used to be one. It was appropriately renamed to "Yahoo SM (formerly Overture)" and then it was moved or merged somewhere, but I can't find it either. You might want to monitor this thread, http://forums.seochat.com/t44649/s.html and find out where it ended up.

It did occur to me that my title and description as it showed up might be out of kilter with rhe search keyphrase but I have checked and no it seems fine.
I also wondered was this a very recent listing that just appeared but it is now over 24 hours since I discovered my supposedly desirable status and no response.
It wouldn't be the first time I have used the procedure of sifting through Overture's keyphrase results in order to target a worthwhile keyphrase and have had a success or three. So I am miffed that this phrase which as I said gets about a 100 results (a month I think it is and not counting related phrases) brings me no joy when my site is already positioned to take advantage of its position.
I have heard people say that the Overture keyword tool can be unreliable though -although it has worked for me before- and that the number can be inflated.
So it remains a mystery so far.
I know I am not making a typing error as I just copy and paste from Overture into the Search Engines to see where I come up.
BTW I am also surprised that this term should get me #2 in Google UK and as good as useless in Google.com
