200% Click-through rate?
Was just looking over my adwords for today - 1 term had 1 exposure and 2 clicks....I'd kinda like to know how that happened....

Somebody clicks on an ad, hits the back button, and then clicks it again.
It happens, but you might not get charged for it...take a screenshot and send it to adwords support if it is worth fighting over. Of all the CPC engines out there, I find Adwords to be the most honest...unlike Findwhat, Kanoodle, etc. Cygnus
