No time on site = 1 click???

On a brand new site this morning I had 2 page views and 1 click on an ad... But analytics showed the 2 visitors having spent 0:00 on the page/site. Both analytics and Adsense were showing the same data a couple of hours later - so I don't think it's just not updated yet.

Analytics seems to be working fine from what I can tell - any ideas?

    Yes it is working fine.

take into account, that analytics can count time on page, only if the user was on 2 or more pages, if the user was only on one page it will always show 0 (even if the user was there longer).

Also, Google analytics has a 20% descrepency (people with no cookies or java).
