Unhappy Yahoo Biz Express - no order confirmation !!
I've recently done a Yahoo directory submission (Biz Express), and noticed that the usual order confirmation page didn't appear.



All I got was a blank page with the words "You have paid".



That was 2 days ago, and I still haven't had the order details confirmed by email. Anyone else seen this ?

Just checked my bank account, and I've been debited the amount of £199.

So I've definitely paid, but still no invoice or news about the review.

Should I be worried ?

Yeah, you should contact them asap and ask them wtf is happening, yahoo are huge! They shouldnt be making such stupid mistakes!

Don't misunderstand; there's no question of any fraudulent activity going on here.

I checked out the URL on the page that was displayed and it was hosted on
a partner site. Sure enough it was Yahoo's partner site (payment provider).

The money has also been debited by YAHOO.COM, so there's no worries on that score.
I just want to make sure I'm getting the review I paid for, that's all.

I've emailed them.

Still, it would be nice to have a payment form on my website like that... maybe I would also throw in a "Congratulations!" in front of the "you have paid", just to give the visitor a little pat on the back.
