The DOWN side of being listed
So I just got listed. What i didn't realize was the fact that the editors change your TITLE of the site.
So, if you have a site that sells BLUE WIDGETS, and your title reads CHEAP BLUE WIDGETS, the editor can change! For example, in this case, from CHEAP BLUE WIDGETS to ZaBaam.com (Site URL). Therefore, you aren't getting that title anchor text anymore, and users may not click on your link since they would have no idea what the site sells. :-( Arg..

I've had it happen myself with smaller directories. Not much for it really. Cheers

It's a javascript link now anyways, so I'm not sure about the benefit anymore. You can ask them to change it, and if you do, make sure that your Logo has the name that you want them to say.
