However even though I had made major changes on the pages (just to see if it was working) I have had NO movement at all. I have called the contact numerous times and the last time he said that it wasn't just me and that Yahoo was was having system wide problems with Site Match customers. Anyone else notice this? Or is it just BS? |
I would sugest next time you contact ask specifically what those problems are ... then I would tell them about the double charge and tell them to fix it right now as you have a reciept and you want a confirmation by email or fax. I assume you are doing this in by phone. Also tell them that if it is not done in 24 hours that you will take appropriate action. Contact I assume your credit card company and at least have the double charge reversed. You have receipt as your proof. You could probably visit the FTC website and file a complaint.
