shopping directory

I'm working on getting links in this directory www.comeinweareopen.com It's a recip. link directory. I gots no control over the backend (for any problems you find), but I can process submissions!!!

how do google differentiate a directory from a link farm? and you want a back link at least pr 3, it's not like what directory should do

I think I'd rather give a recip link than have to pay for submission. Way too many directories these days are trying to get the arm in.
