I would like to hear from some Europeans and their experience with regional targeting although any feedback would be appreciated.

Dont use overture then if its that bad, im going to try overture and i'll feedback my findings.
hmm, Ireland isnt in the UK, so its not targetted advertising, and i wouldnt waste your money. Its like buying millions of optin email addresses of free .com email providers to send them information about a London conference, the majority users would be in the US, its not saying that someone wouldnt fly over, but just isnt targetted.

p.s. Try selling baby food to someone who isnt a parent, lol, you wouldnt make much money.
