List of PHP Directory Scripts

Does anyone have a suggestion of a good PHP Directory script.

Price range maybe around $40-80 (if I am way off base for a good one, let me know)
Has real examples on the web (not just a demo page)
Uses mySQL
Has a fairly straight forward admin page for customization/acceptance of listings

I can't think of a whole lot of requirements so I will edit the post if I come up with some.

I need it to do some SEO tests and want to start totally from scratch (in other words, don't try to sell me an existing site because that would be useless)

I already basically learned a lesson when I bought one recently that ended up being bust (I won't name the company), but I will be interested to see if they come up in a suggestion.

I looked at a few and messed with WSN Links and Links 2.0 (from gossamer). WSN Links seems like a piece to me. It was too much work to get the thing configured how I wanted and to modify the templates. I was not really into it from day 1. Links 2.0 is pretty easy to deal with and is pretty straight forward.

Then I came across this one when submitting to some directories I think Fathom suggested. Seems pretty simple to setup and if and when I ever put one up, this will probably be the way to go.

If you want the mack daddy though, you have to go with Gossamer Threads...but it is 5 hundo.

I got a reccomendation from Dazzlin to use reciprocalmanager.com. Haven't gotten around to it yet. Its priced in the range you cited. I believe she uses it but you definitely have to check with her.
