Help Getting Yahoo To Change My Sites Description
Has anybody had success getting Yahoo to change their site's description?
Presently, the description on Yahoo refers to an old page that is not even linked to by any other pages on the site and one small section of my web site. More importantly, it completely ignores about 95 percent of what my site is about. Given my site's ranking, I figure this is costing me several thousands of visitors per month. I've emailed Yahoo 3x already with no sucess. Has anybody else gotten Yahoo to update their site's description. Thanks. |

Do you have free or paid inclusion? Not that it matters. They initially mis-classified our site despite our suggestion. Still do not think that it is fixed. We emailed them every week for 2 months now and never get a reply. I think the email goes to /dev/null.

I registered for free about 7-1/2 years ago.
Yahoo originally had the description right, but changed it some during the past couple of years when somebody else owned the site (I sold the site and then reacquired the site). |
