Directory of directories.
Almost all webmasters have list of directories.
There some good sites where you can find lists of free, paid, reciprocal... directories www.directorycritic.com www.manhattanservice.com www.best-web-directories.com i think that it is only sites who keep their lists update all the time and delete all directories who swich from free to paid, does not accept any free submissions, use "nofollow", spam webmasters after submissions.
