Can you submit to more then one Yahoo Directory?
Hi Everyone,

I found a few sites that had backward links pointing from Yahoo Directories in US, Canada, UK, Australia, India...etc.

How is that possible - I thought that that you can only be listed in one Yahoo directory?

And if it is possible how can I list my site?

no, each yahoo directory is independent. You can submit to as many of them as you know languages basicaly. I try to submit to as many as possible, and try to find people who know other languages to submit for me.

the approval time for non-us yahoos is actualy quite a bit faster.

I just tried submitting to another Yahoo directory as you suggested - and this is the same message that I received earlier :

"There was a problem with your submission:
This site already exists in the Yahoo! directory.
If you would like to make changes to your listing, please use the change form. For more information or additional help with the site suggestion process, please follow this link. "

???

it took my site. I usualy submit to them all at one time, so i am not previously indexed. I've yet to be indexed yet, but i have recieved multiple indexings with other sites

just visit the various yahoo's and submit as normal.
