The importance of a ODP Dmoz Listing and Google Search
Can anybody confirm the importance of a listing in the ODP with relation to a Google Search. I understand the link between a listing in the ODP and the Google directory but does a ODP listing make a difference to a Google search listing.
Basically I'm trying to find out if Google gives a premium listings to sites listed in the ODP for their search results. Regards to all WaggyMan |

nastynation has it
ODP listing help out (from what I can tell) quite a bit. It ads another link which is always good
So my answer would be ... an ODP link helps significantly. But you better have a good site that is otherwise well optimized as well. Remember that PR is s multiplier and anything multiplied by 0 is still 0. ;) |
