ODP almost finished!
The ODP , in my opinion , is the most unreliable webpage in the history of the internet!
It is getting so bad lately........ Pages always take forever to load..... And 50% of the time I get a 404 I have the fastest internet connection possible in my state... (New York - Optimimum Online Cable) I feel pretty confident that anyone with a slower connection then mine, nolonger uses the ODP... This has been going on for months now.......

Untrue, I have 56k, and i use ODP. That is when I am able... You would think they would be able to afford a few good servers...

I'm not sure what they can do. I'll bet a lot of their traffic is due to bots hiting sites the use the interfaces to ODP. I use certain portions of the directory on a number of sites for clients.
The SE bots can be both a blessing and a curse. Cheers,
