How important is the submitting email address?
Kind of seems like a no-brainer, but how important is it that the URL being submitted and the email address of the person submitting match?
In the case of SEO agencies working with clients, we sometimes submit for them. Putting myself in an editor's shoes, seems like this would knock a submission down a few points. |

We dont care who suggests the site, it may be the owner, it may be the surfer or as in your case, an seo consultant.
The site is either compliant with the guidelines, or it isn't. It should be remembered that we do not guarantee a listing and that your site suggestion is placed into a pool and may be reviewed in the future. The suggestion pool is only one way in which editors include sites into the directory. We have know way of knowing when a volunteer editor may review the suggestion so once you have done your submission, move on and promote the site through other avenues. Cheers |

Agreeing with Dart Shop.
We rarely send mail to a website's suggester because there's usually no need to do so and because the ensuing conversations can all too often become abusive. Just occasionally, I feel that a website owner might benefit from a comment or two. When that happens, an email address of noreply@website.com or foo@foo.bar isn't particularly helpful |
