I wouldn't. If an editor doesn't recognize your site, or see a redirect, it might get taken off. It's better in the long run to just submit once to DMOZ and wait.
Always remember, look towards the future and not just tomorrow.

dmoz dont like sites that redirect to another nor gateway pages i believe.
