why some Google search results have www and some don't?

Please take a look at this screenshot. As you see, some results appear with www, some with http ans some without both. Is there any special reasons for this?

There is no reason for a site owner to use WWW or not, that's up to them to decide which they prefer. So some sites use the www others don't, its a simple matter of choice.
As for the https showing thats because the site is secure or at least have a SSL certificate so google are highlighting its more likely to be a reputable site.

On the WWW or none WWW issue, a webmaster should only use one or the other. so if you prefer your site to be known with the WWW then you should redirect any traffic to the none WWW version to the WWW version or visa versa. Else google can see duplicate content.

you're also looking at subdomains, which I don't recall ever seeing a www in front of a subdomain.
And as Chedders posted It really doesn't make any difference, many WP sites don't use the www by default.
