    sliders and h1

    Hi there,

This may be an old topic but I still don't know what is better in this situation:

We are building a site with a slider on the top. The titles in this slider are h2, is it ok to have the h1 after the slider? Can it create any issues with accessibility?

In this situation, is it better to have multiple h1 on the slider instead?

    Many thanks in advance

It's really difficult to answer a question like this without seeing the page but generally speaking I would steer clear of multiple H1's and I wouldn't use H2's for slider titles; (I would change them to a non-header tag - span, strong, or something similar).
