Should I disavow injected "links" to stop Google crawl errors?

A few years ago we had hundreds of links injected on our website.
Hackers basically dropped a php file on our server and made it look like we hosted lots of drug sites:

    /new.php?buy-Augmentin-online-store
    /new.php?buy-Augmentin
    /new.php?onlines-hopping
    ...

Although the file and file has been deleted years ago, Google crawl errors keep bringing these up as 404s.

I'm not sure how Google is interpreting them but the only thing I can think of is to disavow them. Does this make any sense at all?

    Thanks

404 errors are not an issue for Google. A user experience issue sure but since you don't offer drug product you don't really care about drug users.
