Is Search Engine manual submission is Black Hat SEO?

Submitting URL directly to Search Engine like Google Yahoo MSN Bing etc is this black hat SEO? Is it follows Search Engine guidelines?

Not Blackhat as that's what search engines do... they crawl so you don't need to submit.

    Welcome to SEO Chat!

As Fathom says, search engines crawl sites so that you don't have to submit.

But maybe I'm not understanding what you mean by "submitting URL directly to Search Engine." What does that involve?

Yes you've piqued my interest as well.

Especially since "submitting a URL" is something that most search engines ask
webmasters to do (not that it really helps, but still).

That said: if you're overdoing it, you might go blind... (*o*)

Long time ago it was recommended to submit your URL to Google. That option still exists https://www.google.com/webmasters/to...bmit-url?pli=1
There were even services that were doing that for you (and they also submitted your URLs to all kinds of weird search engines you didn't need)

A lot has changed since then. First of all, Google has got much faster and smarter in terms of finding URLs with no extra help.

Secondly, Google Webmaster Tools are a better place to submit your site and Sitemap to in order to make Google's life a little bit easier and ensure Google is able to discover and crawl your content well. The same functionality exists within Bing Webmaster Tools too

That being said, the old-school URL submitting is actually a waste of time
Everything will be ok in the end

If it's not ok, it's not the end

You know, I think simply having a website these days is requirement enough. As you said, things have really, really changed.
