    Question .Net & .Com Question

I'm working on the redesign of a .net site that currently 301 redirects to a .com site of the same name. What is the best way to proceed... Should I leave this arrancement or should I make .com the main site and have .net forward to the .com. Or should I have parallel sites? I think .net has been in existence longer than .com. Thanks in advance.

redirect page by page each of the .net pages to the .com site.
This can be achieved via the .htaccess file assuming you have one or web.config if running it on a windows server. I assume by .net you mean the TLD and not the .net framework.

Running 2 sites of the same content will just mean your competing with yourself.
