There isn't really a lot of detail to go on from your post, we'd need to understand: -

    1. Do you have an SSL certificate installed, or are you using a CDN with SSL like Cloudflare?
    2. If so are your normal pages fully secure with https & the green padlock?
    3. As Chedders says, have you configured the WP site to even be https?
    4. If so are you using a plugin to force all pages/posts/content to be SSL, or redirect all pages/posts to https?

Depending where you are on this process, there are tests & things to check at each stage. If you've not done anything around an SSL then no your posts cant be https. If you have set this up, but don't force the site to be https then its quite possible that WP will serve non https pages too.

No not really, we don't work by Google or YouTube searches, you can do that yourself!

You don't create or install the SSL certificate yourself normally, this is done by your hosting provider, there is usually a cost for the SSL, although there are free SSL certificate options or free/cheap CDN hosting.

There a then a number of things you need to do & check to ensure https works properly on a website, it sounds like you need to either fully research & understand this process, or get someone who knows what they are doing to do this for you.

    Ok, fine.
Yes, I have SSL. I got it from the hosting company (Hostgator)
I checked if my site has SSL on https://www.sslshopper.com/ssl-checker.html and it tells me yes, I have SSL

    My question is:
    1. Why Don't I see the lock icon on the address bar?
    2. Why my posts are HTTP instead HTTPS (HTTPS still works but I have to add the S manually

Point number 4 of my original reply, with WordPress you want to force all content & pages to be SSL, as otherwise even if the site is setup to show https as standard, non secure pages/content can still be displayed sometimes.

the lock won't be there if there is any content that is not http such as images style sheets javascript etc .
You may need to install a plugin to force HTTPS across all assets

there are a few available and I am no WP expert.
A quick search on plugins came up with WordPress Force HTTPS which looks like it would do the job.
