Question How does Google understands the "Keywords" we target?

Need to understand how does google identify the keyword we are targeting because I always wonder In & around the keyword we write many things

For Eg: For E-commerce site I am targeting a keywords such as "hair loss oil" and In the title I write "buy hair loss online in India" or "Best hair loss oil in India"

How will google recognize that I am targeting "hair loss oil" because "hair loss oil online" & "best hair loss oil" are two different keywords that are getting mixed togather and they have got less search volume compare to "hair loss oil"

Hope you guyz are clear with my explaination. Please help.

    Thanks in advance.

Google will ignore "online" and "best" because they are meaningless (except for exact matches).
You would be better to drop them from your titles; they are diluting your target keywords and adding no value... (why would anyone search for "hair loss oil online" or "best hair loss oil")?
Use googles keyword suggestion tool for other variations and use words that people will search for.
If you want to target long tail keywords, use your page copy rather than your titles.
