Google position drop since updated to https

    hi,

Need some help, I am facing Google position drop since I updated to https (my assumption)

as I came to know if you go from http to https google consider it a new site and you loose all your ranking and postion.
but somewhere I read it's not true also.

Now i am not sure what is the reason of traffic loss and ranking loss?

the second change I did was, I duplicated my product to other domain too and Google started ranking those page instead of my original.

I tried some expert help in fiverr also but all they did was provided me SEO report, not the reason of traffic and ranking loss.
    my main domain https://www.photosquare.in
second non index domain now -fotogify.com

I tried some expert help in fiverr
hahaha Sry I had to But I think you just spent some money for nothing ;)

If you can provide me with your main keywords and targeted search engines, I'll try giving a look at your site overnight.

One seems to be Wordpress based the over Magento based is there a particular reason you created a second domain and / or used another platform?

    correct, I wasted my money,

sadly I don't have the keyword as I have multiple products so all I was checking my average position on webmaster which was 9 to 12,
but since I changed to https it is fluctuating from 30 to 17 in India and worldwide 57.

I started Wordpress because I wanted to have .com domain and was planning to have the second store to have multiple sales. but it never worked it out.
so my main site is photosquare.in Magento

    Hi Shaikhemran,

I ran an in depth analysis this night, I haven't had time to dive into the results but I could notice a couple things,

First of all you have a loading speed issue, an average loading speed between 7 and 12 seconds is far too much (especially if you have gzip and http2 enabled). You should try and fix this as soon as possible. There is a couple things you can do on your website like reducing the amount of css files size of images etc..., A lot of online tools will give you free insight on this. If after making thing better you site is still too slow, you'll have to change server. Hosting an ecommerce is a bit more ressource intensive than a simple blog.

You provide a sitewide link to positive ssl, remove it you do not need this.

Now I have a couple questions. Where and how do you check your rankings, search console? If yes, have you declared the new https property for your website? If you haven't then that could be a reason you see your rankings drop. Make sure you have the correct https www version of your site in search console. (Just asking because I test some of your product pages for the product name in google and found you ranking in page 1 generally in top 5.

I'll take a look at the results as soon as I have a moment and I'll let you know.
