Yes, you should use breadcrumbs as it shows to your audience exact location of the product so they can easily access same or another products. I find most of the e-commerce portals use breadcrumbs in order to help their customers from a usability point of view.
I find Google actually displays the breadcrumbs in the search results for many sites. That helps to increase CTR some times when users search then might not be clicked the site even in top results. But once they found your site is showing in Google snippets with category those are looking for by them then they will click to your site not matter even if you are not top for those specific searches.
