Best Domain Name for a new blog

Hi there. I am going live with a new blog and have purchased several similar domains. I am not sure which one
    is best for seo.

I own all of these, just not sure which is best. Any advice is appreciated.

    life101.co
    life-101.net
    life-101.us

I am going back and forth between the first 2. life101.co is better because there are no dashes. life-101.net
uses dashes, but the .net domain is preferable to .co domain.

Or does it not matter as long as the pages I have setup have good keywords, descriptions and other seo.

    Thanks.

domain name importance was drastically decreased a while ago. However the use of dash's makes it hard to tell people so its more of a usage issue than a SEO one.
Personally I would only ever launch a site with a country or .com The rest tend to confuse people. The amount of times with .co people add on the m because they think its a spelling mistake you would not believe.
Thats of course for people going directly to the site, in search it really dont matter.

Thanks for the quick reply. The .com versions were either already taken, or were being sold for 50k on the secondary market. Too rich for my blood.

If the .com has already gone then personally I think you will struggle.
If your site takes off then someone will buy the .com version and attempt to steal your traffic as the brand you will have built people will automatically goto the .com version thinking that's the correct site.

Its only my opinion though but I would not launch a site without the .com version available unless it was just a test throw away site.
