Windows Live Search

Hi everybody,
I wonder if someone already tried the upcoming search engine of ms at www.live.com

I would like to know what you think about it.

For me the search and results areas look finally neat. The results looks fine, even if I just tried a few queries. I see a nice feature on the top-right, you can increase/decrease the amount of results/details on each result, so you can see 3 results with a lot of info (page sample) or 10+ result with title and link only.

Further now the division of the results in pages is more mellow, and you scroll them instead of surf them. A popup always tell you your current renge of results.

I like. It's just a beta, and we have to wait for the time it will be released. But it promises good.

Spam still dominates Live.com results. It would be better if they work on their algo more than look and feel.

Yeah, I agree, It's still "sensible" to a lot of bad SEO practices.

Yes, it looks good! Very uncluttered and I think very focused on natural results instead of sponsored results. And yes, it loves my spam too! Rock on MSN.

Also, it doesn't report Keywords in the refering URL... This is a bummer for SEO...

Think about this: Live.com Default Search Engine for Vista?

I like it so far, i dont think it will be as powerful as google but it might get some attention considering that when new users start buying desktops in the future with vista on them, microsoft will probably make live.com the default search engine on vista so alot of new users might start using it just because its available as default.

Also, does anyone know of a full release date for live yet?
