Page Hijacking on MSN

What is page hijacking. Actually when i searched keyword "Pharmacy Management System" yesterday in MSN. The site which is ranking on top is "www.nelsondata.com/Products/PharmacyManagementSystem.html" which is using my website title and description. And main thing is that when u clicked on this cached page of this site , it is showing my website as a cached version. So what i will do and what happened i can't able to understand.please send me your opinions.

Based on what I still find in MSN cache, it seems they had made a copy of your home page. If you did not give them permission to do so, you could probably take legal action to stop them or contact their hosting company, but, in the mean time, this domain name has expired.

I've had a page hijacked before when I used msn long ago

I'm new to this site so I have'nt quite figured it out yet. So here goes.

I want someone to tell me how I can block my ip address
or change my ip address so when I play a game of ferion
other players can't access my ip address and become me
to play in an arena. I've spoketo an administrator about this problem and either they've blown me off or don't have the foggiest idea what i'm talking about. And yet this problem has continued off and on for several months

I know about clearing my History and browser but, It still happens. I'm using a webtv writting this post question, how to change the ip address on this webtv?
