MSN update? do msn have updates like google?

Hi

I'm new to the SEO game and wanted to know if MSN have regular updates? e.g every 30 days or do msn have updates like Google?

MSN shuffles their SERPs around on a very frequent basis, but it's not by changing their algos. I believe that MSN looks at anchor text, BL count and the FRESHNESS of your site. If it's fresh, you will rank higher, but if you stop updating it- you could fall a little bit.

Yeah, and maintaining a link building plan seems to be really necessary to keeping a high MSN ranking, at least when your keyword phrase is fairly competitive.
