MSN Removing Web Sites with Adsense
It appears that MSN is out to get & remove websites from their index which has adsense ads, especially new sites. I've noticed that if I submit a new site which has adsense ads, it will not show up in MSN's index until the adsense ads are GONE. Several of my websites which had adsense ads are no longer in MSN's index. Suespammers.net was in a top 10 position on MSN and I just checked today on 8/15/06 and it's not in MSN's index at all now.
I'm not alone.. Here's another article I found about this on the net; MSN not liking sites with adsense http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=100062 Last edited by bj7780 : August 29th, 2006 at 11:24 AM. |

I see no indication of this. We run Adsense and have no problems with being in the MSN index.

I have not seen this problem either. My sites with adsense are doing great at MSN. One gets more MSN traffic than Google traffic.

I'm seeing something similar, remove the adsense and they move into the index and rank.
Similar sites with adsense aren't indexed. Seems a little bit of a coincidence to me. |

My site is being penalised for some reason and I have ran adsense for years. As it brings in a pityful amount I've removed it 2 days ago and will post if my site returns.

No problems of this kind here either; I really doubt they do something like that - probably your sites were just penalized or your were hit by the latest MSN algo change.
