If you'd like to get some specific feedback and maybe some usable advices, you should also be a little more specific about your issue. IMHO that would include posting your site URL so that people could take a look over it and give you their opinion.

The main problem I see - No text. But to make it worse, the only text you could have done is the Alt text on your images, and that is missing. In the search engines eyes there is NO information on this page other than your title and I am shocked that you rank at all. You need to add some informative text using your keywords and get alt tags on all of your images as well as more inbound links and then I think you will see a boost.

jraymond,
I believe the link i posted was for the entire website. It is totally agreeable that the home page has no text whatsoever, but that is a mere splash page actually leading to the entire site. So if you could please have a look at the internal pages also and suggest me what is going wrong....

I feel http://itcsra.org/sra_index/sra_index.asp this is your actual HP.This page is also suffering in lack of content issue.only 257 words are there(except title and metas) which is readable by crawler.According to me the textual content must be around minimum 300 to 400 words.MSN prefer textual content rather than images,so try to add some more content.
Also as suggested by jraymond, use Alt Tags on the images.
One question to you,
The splash page was there, when this site was ranking well in MSN??

Ever since the site is launched online, the splash page is existing. Thanks for your suggestion....

Splash Page can also be a factor of decrease in ranking, but in this case I don't think that is a problem.
One thing I can tell you from my own experience that MSN ranking and visitors from it,is very unpredictable.
Still,I feel adding some more textual content and Image Alt can be helpful for you.
Good Luck
