MSN Lists too many subpages

Why does MSN list a lot of subpages, before even the main domain of your site?

The results are just horrible...were talking some major key words here.....and even if you end up with a high ranking...its a subpage of your site with nothing to do with the keyword!

MSN needs to improve their relevancy big time. Its the worse out of all the search engines.
