MSNbot doesn't seem to deeply index one of my sites that Google and Yahoo do. Would MSN not crawl a site that has a MSSmartTagsPreventParsing meta tag?

Oops, so it is. It looks the same, but the option to submit to Ink is gone. My bad.

Well in my opion it totally sucks! The Pay Per Click thing is a waste, and if you are going to pay per click why not use Overture anyways. I tried their new service, and I was soon listed within most SERPs with the keyword 'copyright', just because the page had a copyright remark on the bottom, ohhh what a waste... Do not Waste your money on it.

Re:

I feel if you have good links poimnting to your website, your site is indexed by all search engines. Atleast, sounds tru to me for my websites. I have not done a single paid submission, I have sites in DMOZ and some other free directories and links to my sites, and that gets me everywhere. Spend money, but dont spend money getting listed everywhere. Search Engine listings should be free, that's how search engines are supposed to work. Yes, Directory listings come at a cost, should be fine.

MSN/Yahoo are getting too greedy. That's the problem. (Although Uncle Bill has ALWAYS been greedy). Search Engines should do just that----search. period. You should have to "pay" to be included in the "search". Otherwise they need to be called something else!
