Offline meaning that you don't actually see the dance progressing...thus I suppose dance isn't the right analogy; Inktomi operates more as the 'one step hop.' It's an easy game that all the kids can play --

why is everyone so fascinated with "the dance"?

msn nowdays updating very fast.

i am getting enough traffic from msn

anybody have more info, trends etc. about msn dance or updations.

Does that explain the reason why the competing number seems to be awfully high for some terms?? I mean MSN for 'wholesale foods' shows me 214,175,330 competing pages, where as Google shows 1.3 million competing pages.

What's that?

Why doesnt it have a impact? I know it has impacted me dropping from number 3 to #50 for my major keyword

MSN dance or no MSN dance, call it a dance or an update, it's definitely doing something.

214,000,000 is a LOT of competing pages for a search term.

the term 'search engine optimization' is pulling in 238,000,000 competing web pages and Google only spits out 20 million. Something is going on...
