MSN and Domains

This may be anecdotal evidence, but I am strongly convinced that domain name plays a huge role in MSN. On about 4 rather competitve terms I have purchased strong domains separated with dashes and had great success with relatively few backlinks...

Anyone else notice this trend in MSN?

Yes rjonesx, I have nothing something similar. However, it is even more powerful having the keyword in the domain and the full URL....www.keyword-phrase.com/keyword-phrase.html

I doubt that'll last, as I think they are just testing out a newer algo a bit; it will likely ease back to links over the next few weeks.

I have noticed that this works for both MSN and Yahoo.
