Maybe I am missing something?

I have read everywhere that the more links you have with MSN brings you right to the top.

I see that with all these blogs getting listed for this KW debt consolidation.

I have a site that has more or just as many links and I am falling plus I got a new site and same thin nothing?

Most of these sites are just spamming guestbooks.
I am almost tempted to do the same soon to keep up with them

What am I missing

to be honest i still think msn rank main factor is links (i know some will dissagree), a bunch of them but i had seen some changes in the past months so i cant be sure now if a bunch of links will rank you now on.

According to me, MSN consider backlinks while giving ranking. Also search engines like fresh content. So if you want to rank high, just get more backlinks & add fresh content in your site.

As stated in the thread below/above this one. My traffic also dropped. I cannot figure what it is that MSN sees with the SPAM sites? Links? Fresh Content?
