How to improve my ranking just a little bit more?
To my surprise, I found that for my main keyword, I am ranked #32 in MSN's search engine results, out of 966,000. On my secondary keyword, I am ranked #1...but I need to improve my main keyword ranking. I'm used to optimizing for google so I've been working on getting backlinks. What should I do for MSN? My main page has like a 10% occurence of my main keyword. Not sure what else to do...

Just read threads about new msn ranking factors.

New msn is about regular SEO: page title, H tags, bold text, etc...

internal linking anchor text + off site anchor text

You will notice that no one got very far with that.
Just like you, I was surprised to find myself in 3rd place for a secondary term. Did't do anything, and since last night it went to #2. An even bigger surprize! I had't done anything.
No one really knows anything yet. Let it be until things stabilize a bit more.

yeah it seems no one Really knows, im still testing out the bold and italics...who knows?
