How to get in MSN?

Is there a submit site method or is it still best to get a link from a site thats already in MSN?

Also I presume MSN still likes keywords in title and domain name/url etc.

Thanks.

Here is your link to submit directly in MSN, while it is good to have 1-2 links in sites which are already in MSN search.

Good Luck!

It's always surprising to me, when I see that some people are so concern about MSN ranking.
From MSN (even if you have 1st ranking) you will get max 5% of your targeted visitors.
Thinking about MSN is total wastage of time.Include that time in your Google Optimization.

And submission in search engine??????
It is a historical activity.

You don't need to have network of sites, one back link from any relevant site can help you to be crawled by SE.

Almost no one uses MSN. I am first in all three (four if you count Ask) for my keywords for every 100 vistors i get from google and yahoo I probaly get 2 or 3 from msn. Strange really because it is quite a good search engine. i just think people hate microsoft and avoid using there products. I think msn puts more weight on on-site factors but don't really know because don't follow it that much..

Focus more on on-page optimization. MSN brings only less traffic compare to google. So, better focus on google.

If by no one, you mean 10% of all users, then yes.

Microsoft is now making Live search the default search engine on their browsers, so it is becoming more important to acknowledge Live search.

You can't ignore 1/10 search engine users.

For me its closer to one on 20 or 30. Not ignoring I am number one for most/all as many at least as other two. Just stuff all traffic. As i said earlier I think msn is quite a good search engine its just not used much. Well not in my indusrty any way.

From what I hear, MSN/Live are used for a lot of computer-related searches.

I have clients in many industries, and only a few benefit from MSN.

I have a website that ranks virtually the same in MSN, Yahoo and Google. When comparing the percentages, MSN varies between 2% and 14% of my traffic.

With that said, this particular site has AdSense. I did see a slight decrease in my earnings when my rankings dropped from MSN in a two week span.

So, I agree with the sentiment above. I take the approach that Google is my #1 goal. Yahoo is my second goal. MSN, well, I will take it, but not lose much sleep over it.

Here is what I do to optimize for MSN:
--Title Tag: Keywords
--Domain name (keyword rich) if you can get it
--Keywords in H1, H2
--Good internal linking structure with keywords
--Links, even junk ones seem to do well

For the past 4 months, my sites go in and out of MSN.

You can submit your site at http://search.live.com/ . But i think that getting back links is the most effective process for indexing your site
