How can you tell if a page is cached?

Is there a way to tell if one of your pages is cached on MSN?

and beside the links it should say "Cached page " click on that to see it.
thiers no easy way to tell like with google and the google toolbar

I have 1000's of pages and to use site:example.com would take awhile to find the page i am interested in, is there away to do something like cache:example.com/index.cfm?id=1000?
