msn like keywords in the url and the page title:
1. adjust the title
2. may want to call the page a name with keywords
3. (not sure) subdomain with keywords XXXX.domainname.com

seo_dj,
Is your client concern about MSN ranking?
Then here are few suggestions:
Convince your client that, even if you rank in number 1 position for your targeted keywords still you will get maximum 5% of your total visitors from MSN.

If you are concern about MSN ranking, then only suggestion is:
forget about that and devote the time you are spending for MSN,to google.

AFAIK, MSN is still giving more weight on on-page factors so you need to give an emphasis on your on-page elements / KWs usage/visibility..

but,if i were you, i wouldn't bother on MSN..

MSN give the importance to fresh content so try to update your site's content through news, articles, blogs or forums(if it is possible)
MSN also read meta keyword tag so put your keywords properly in your meta tag.You can put your keywords in the inner pages of your site like seo-servises.html or whatever. This thing also help in MSN optimization.
