Help on getting listed in the new MSN

We are currently not showing up in what will be the new MSN.
http://techpreview.search.msn.com/

I have two questions.

1. Any suggestions on getting into the new MSN? I have emailed them twice mentioning that we aren't in the new SE. We are currently ranked #3 for our main keyword phrase in the current version.

2. We had a similar problem with MSN last year. About 1 year ago we switched hosts. Afterwards we were not in MSN. What kept showing up was an earlier version of our site carried by our old hosting company which referred to their clients. It had a thorough version of our site prior to our switching. During the time it was up emails to us through that other site were being rerouted to us. Then it stopped. I bombarded MSN with emails and after a while we not only showed up but zipped up the rankings to our current position. We have not contacted our old host asking him to remove the information.

I'm concerned we will have a hard time getting into MSN again when they go up with their new site. Is their a good way to get them to add the site. We are being hit by their bot. Also should I try and get the old host to remove the version of our site or should I get him to reroute emails to us or put up something that directly links to our site? Our site is www. bartending-school com.

The old version is www tekright . com/bartending/

Any suggestions are appreciated.

Dave

Forget about MSN. You need more than money to make a real search engine

It's interesting in the last month we had more than 4 times as many visits through google and 3 times as many visitsfrom Yahoo. And we are rank #3 for our main search word. Still that makes it significant. And we have pulled sales from it. At this point I just want to get into the index. I'll worry about SERPs later.
