Getting into the new MSN?
Ive been scouring the thread son here but cant find any info on getting sites into MSN now, the new one. I presume there int a submit url page as before.

How does one get there site into this new MSN, any advice please.

Don't waste your time with submit functions when it comes to search engines. Just get good backlinks I have a site that went live about week and a half ago and I'm already on the first page of a very competitive KW.

Just get links.

The new msn doesn't love links as much as google, but they certainly don't hate'm. Get a few links on sites that are crawled by msn and you will be in like Flynn. A good link exchange campaign will help your msn ranking too.

For a competitive key phrase that I am working on the first three results have almost no text and/or on page optimization. They do however have a huge numbers of back links and the key phrase once or twice on the page.

Backlinks
Plenty of backlinks is what you need to get page 1 in the new MSN. I have several sites all with competetive terms, and each is doing very well.

I think you are wrong there. I have manged to get desired #1 positions through Googlebombing (MSNbombing?) with forum sigs. Works a treat, you should try it.

If BL would have been the key then we all must have encountered approximatly same sort of results on both MSN and Google.. so BL is not the only key i think that MSN is more inclined towards On-Page optimization..
