dropped... But only for certain one word search.
First Yahoo, now MSN.. Previously ranked top 15 in yahoo and top 5 in msn for very popular, competitive "one word" search term. Results always returned the home page, but now it's totally gone. The homepage is in the index still and does get returned for other searches fine, it's only for this particular one word term that it doesn't. Has anyone else experienced this for a particular search only ???? I was figuring a couple things..
1) Too many scraper links with keyword 2) Dominate too many related searches 3) I Don't buy into the ad programs 4) Maybe just the algos not liking the homepage for this one word search??? -Mr. Prospector |

Read some of the posts in this forum and you'll see that this has been happening to a lot of us in the last week or two.
Speculation is that its just some kind of an algorithim update/change. The exact same thing happened to me, as well, and two days ago I was back in the top ten for my main keyword phrase. Today I checked again, and I've vanished again. So give it some time, I guess... |
