Does MSN offer Paid Inclusion Anymore? - Please Help!!!

Does MSN offer Paid Inclusion anymore? If so, can you please provide me the link. I cannot seem to get my website in MSN's index. I found the link to submit my site to MSN for free and I also have the Microsoft Adcenter link. But do they offer Paid Inclusion? I cannot seem to find any information on it.

Thanks for your help!

Thanks for your feedback. No, I am not referring to sponsored links.
I am referring to fees included to help get a website indexed in MSN. Ever since MSN switched over to Live, my site is no longer in their index, yet they are ranking well in Google and Yahoo. I have submitted them many times to the "Submit your site to Live Search" which is free, and they are also in MSNs webmaster center, which is showing no issues. Any advice?

MSN does not seem very fussy on which links it counts. Thus get more links. Easy links help in MSN ie forum signature links, blog comments, directory links,

Try social bookmarking you page on the social bookmarking sites this may help.

Good luck..
