we are working in pakistan and japan of used cars, we want to rank our site in kenya, plz give some suggestions how we can do it, and plz share some kenya sites to post our links.

Well, you can do it in exactly the same way you are doing it for Pakistan and Japan:

- get local domain
- write content targeted to Kenyans
- if possible translate the site in local languages, or at least in Kenyan English
- get links from other Kenyan sites (if possible, get QUALITY links)
- research the competition

The last point will also tell you where you could get links from.
