How to revieve Google+ Local ads?

I'm running a local campaign for few locksmith businesses in the London, UK. I've opened a Google+ Local page for each of the businesses - used real home addresses (the locksmiths offer mobile services and the house is the their office). The ads was out for a while, but they are gone now.
On local page I've marked that we serve customers at their location, marked 20 mile radios as a service area and asked not to show the address on maps (all according to the guidelines).
What can I do to get my listing back? Any ideas?

I'm not showing up in local either now.

I think you might mean "results" instead of "ads". If so, I have the same problem, as I was also servicing a local area, but have only a home address. I also have another related issue. My address is now in a small adjoining town to my target city. I worry that if I get the first problem corrected, my service area will not focus on the target city.

It really seems Google+ is not a friend of those like us, who work in the field, and only have a home address. I would love to hear some advice from someone of authority on this.

My mistake. I see on a second read the word "campaign", so you indeed are referring to ads.
