If i post a text comment with my website on it, will it become a backlink/incomming link?


i've been trying tone of backlink programs and none gives a single backlink. i've tried
-gsa softsubmit
-submit ease
- submite suite
and more, but none works

If you post in huge orange font it probably won't be a backlink, 'cos it'll most likely get deleted (j/k).

Any link to your site (from outside) is a backlink...
Some count (towards improving your rankings) more than others.

There are many ways to get backlinks but the best (by far) are those that you get from others of their own volition...

I don't use any of the "programs" you mentioned, nor do I post on blogs or use forum signature links, but many do that as a starting point.

There are a lot of good threads about this subject, I suggest you start with this one.

Clicky, I'm curious:

WHY don't you have those nearly 4000 (give or take--its just a guesstimate) posts containing signatures, which all get counted by Google & Yahoo in their Backlink totals?

IMO, if you're a webmaster, you're squandering a golden opportunity to obtain quality links to boost the PR and traffic to your site.

And why NOT comment on blogs that are somewhat relevant to a web site. For example, I'm a Disc Jockey and I will always post comments at American Idol blogs, because its part of my business to know about American Idol contestants!

I also will comment on SEO oriented blogs, because anything that is relevant to operating a web site in general, is going to be relevant to YOUR site.
