What kinda site is this? linkscam?

this subsite cannot be reached when coming from ttog.net -> articles.php (note ARTICLES.PHP in their main site nav, but ARTICLE in the link above.

when you go back to ttog.net and then back to the site using the autocomplete of your browser the links (except the HOME link) will not show..

Is this a valid site to place a link on?? I tried buying some links from tnx and the gave me a hundred of these pages that all look the same, when you check the link directly the link is there, then again not.. somethings fishy here. or?
