Simple Links Question

Hi everyone,

When requesting a link exchange i understand anchor text is very important
and it should be based on my keywords. Can someone please give an example
of how to do it correctly.

My website: Http://www.bodybuildingapplied.com

My keywords: "Bodybuilding", "Bodybuilding Forum", "Fat Loss", "Teen Bodybuilding"

Something like this:-

url=http://www.bodybuildingapplied.com]Bodybuilding[/URL

Do that for all your keywords, but try to use diffrent vartions to. To help prevent the search engines from thinking spam of anchor text.
