How effective do you think it'll be? 1000 sites, all with the same article, all from the same network, and all for a low low fee.

Judging from the spelling errors on this site, does it inspire you with confidence that all these blogs will have quality content on them?

Does the reference to Digitalpoint forums immediately make you think, yep this guy must really know what he's doing and definitely couldn't possibly be a out to make a quick buck at the expense of other people's ignorance.

Does the 1 testimonial that mentions nothing about any resultant improvements in search rankings, yet sounds strangely like the site owner's choice of phraseology, make you desperate not to miss out on this golden opportunity?

Does the site's "extensive" About Us page, listing their experience, knowledge, personal success stories, etc further reinforce the notion that this truly is an opportunity not to be missed.

Sorry to be so sarcastic, but really! That's got to be the biggest load of rubbish I've seen in a long time. You don't even have to have any SEO experience to realise that it's poor quality. If you've read even just a few posts on these forums you'd realise for yourself that the same article on 1000 sites just isn't going to do anything for your rankings.

i also want to advise you, don't do it.
some years ago, i did the same, but it didn't help anything.

It's better to spend a little time/money to get quality backlinks on pages that match the subject of your website
